This absolutely adorable 18 ft tiny home is approximately 167 sf and has been nicknamed the “Olive” for its appealing deep green olive exterior painted engineered treated wood siding.  This cozy, yet comfortable home has a living room area with two large windows, ceiling fan and space for a sofa.  Your eye will draw immediately to the stunning 33″ hammered copper sink and copper gourmet faucet.  You will also notice the custom cabinetry with trendy cabinet pulls, 9.4 cu. ft. refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop, stained butcher block countertops, built-in storage closet and shelves, combo washer/dryer and microwave.  Through the kitchen is the bathroom with 34″x36″ tile shower surround, dry flush toilet and custom vanity and sink. The built-in stairs lead to the king size loft with wall sconce.  The home comes complete with an on-demand propane tankless water heater and Pioneer split unit heating and cooling system.  The Ascot is priced at $59,900 (staging not included)

    Lynnette, sadly these tiny houses look so much larger than they really are because of the practice of using special camera lens to “stretch” the picture view. Awhile ago, “distorted” pictures were very easy to spot. Now, cameramen do a much better job with there lens. The picture is “funneled” back to the focal point.

    Look carefully at the picture looking down from the loft. The bookcase is shrunk small enough to lay it down in the enormous kitchen sink.

    The builders market these tiny homes by giving us distorted pictures.

    Nice place. Well appointed, but I have to agree with Yakki.
    A lot of places shown using a “fish-eye” type lens to make the place look roomier than it really is.
    Interesting practice, since prospective buyers would be looking for LESS room, so why make it look big?
    …anyway, nice job on building that home.
