** Update… need to leave the country and have to sell ASAP!! All offers will be considered.

I just finished building this Tiny House/RV/Travel Trailer. She is 100 sq. ft. This house features all 2×4 construction, insulation, steel roof, cedar siding, pine interior, laminate flooring, and a steel door. Has a day bed/sofa configuration that allows for storage and then easily folds out into a comfy full size bed. The kitchen features 24″ deep counter top that is made from reclaimed wood from an old dormitory at Shattuck St. Mary’s school in Fairbault. It has a stainless steel kitchen sink with faucet, under the counter refrigerator, and the gas is plumbed for a gas cooktop. I left the cooktop out but I will work with you if you want one installed. There is also a fold down kitchen table made from the same reclaimed wood.

There is also a bathroom with a 32×32 shower, and a tankless on demand hot water heater. I left the toilet out because everyone has different needs. I can discuss types of toilets and prices and I can install whichever toilet you choose.

The electrical system is a 35 amp AC/DC system. It can be upgraded with solar. The system will also charge a deep cycle battery for off the grid living. The lighting is all 12 VDC LED lighting so it is super energy efficient and will allow your battery to last a long time. There are plenty of AC outlets and there is a blank 20 amp circuit if you ever want to install an air conditioner or electric heat.

The water heater is powered by propane and there is a propane hookup for a cook top. There is space for 2 – 20lb propane tanks on the front of the house.

There is storage under the bed, cubbies built into the floating table, coat rack behind the front door, a large shelf above the kitchen counter and storage below the kitchen counter.

Total weight is 5220 pounds. Pulls nice and easy behind our Tahoe and the trailer does have electric brakes. Doesn’t require any special permits to tow.

Feel free to call, text, or email Michael to arrange a showing.

What a darling little house. It reminds me of childhood dreams about tree houses.

Love it!! Is the futon removable? I would want to keep the wood. And if so, will it fit a 60″ x 80″ mattress in that whole area?

This house is just beautiful. I wish it were mine. But alas, I live in Denmark, Europe …

The game that fascinated me as a child was to build a hut. Today I can see in these extraordinary buildings, the innocent dream in the’ corner of our heart. It is not easy to organize life in essential areas, but the challenge is just pleasant, comes from a well considered choice of life as a waiver of a materialistic existence, objective probably insufficient for the attainment of Happiness!!

Love everything about this place. I love that it has a full size bed on the first floor, perfect size for my husband and I. We will be building one next year and will keep this floor plan in mind. Ours will be 8′ x 14′ about 115 sq feet.

Pity about those pesky wheel wells though. Otherwise, sweet as.

Sweet! For one so tiny it looks like it will live well……except for pesky stuff like clothing! LOL I like the layout and the kitchen is adequate for most cooking. Nice job!
