Love this design. The only thing which bothered me was the utilities and hot water heater being outside where anyone can bother with them. Would there be an option of placing these items along the wall inside of that front storage shed? What size was the trailer you used and if you wanted to use a longer trailer, would that be possible?

Cute looking little house. Looks like it could be used for camping too in RV Parks. I am a big fan of no loft designs, ( other than storage ). Only thing I would like to see is having the electrical and the water heater inside the front storage area. The front storage area is a great idea too. Just don’t put to much heavy stuff in there , if you are towing . The bathroom is really nice too . and the little porch!

This “Trekker” design is the best I’ve seen. I’m too old to climb to the second story designs.
    Thanks

I love all of Andrews little houses. You can call for an appointment and he will show you around his shop. He can build one as long as 40 feet.

I have been researching tiny houses for almost 2 years now & I have been very impressed by your designs. You are in Florida right? Do insulate them for specific areas of the country? Also you list this at $14000 (quite reasonable). Is this one 8×9 or 6×12? How much more would it cost to make it 8×10 or 8×12? Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Kathy

Really cute little place! For a tiny house they use their space wisely and it seems like it’s bigger than it actually looks from the outside!! They did a great job designing this little gem!! Thank you for sharing!! Carol???

It shows that even a professional builder can do a THOW for a tiny budget.
    Well done.

I srsly love this design. I agree the water heater should be in the shed but overall I am really impressed!
