Very nice little house. Question – how can the trailer not be included? If the house is built on the trailer, how can someone get the house if they don’t get the trailer?

Same question as Marcy isn’t the home attached to the trailer? Isn’t that the standard for these homes? And also how it’s permitable to put on properties without trailer?

Precisely what I was thinking. The house is built on the trailer. I figure they want to charge extraa (to be defined) for the trailer. They are not being transparent with the price. Buyer beware.

It may not be built on the trailer. It probably is just on it for transportation. Which sucks for me because this is perfect for my needs.

Perfect, thanks for showing my ideas for a 10×12 are more than doable. Could probably do what I want in 8x 10. Nice woodworking.

If I may do a suggestion. We are currently building one 8×12 on trailer.
I think, a good thing would also to make the shower the bathroom, like integrated and not 2 spaces. It might only be 3×3, but 9 sq feet is a lot in such small spaces.

      Cheers!!

Very nice design and use of space, for a 126 square foot stationary unit.

Like the layout very much , and what the kitchen has to offer in work space.. But it seems to lack closet space . That’s the negative about a lot of the tiny homes little to no closets.. Where is one expected to store their their hanging clothes and other things?

Looks nice,But I would have used a pocket door for the bathroom And also a ceiling fan.

Love the kitchen. But the living area is too small. If this house was longer it would have a bigger living space and then be perfect. Looking at the pictures,is the bathroom not finished?

This is an excellent tiny house! It has a great kitchen, not to mention a dishwasher and an adequate bathroom. The loft is very liveable, your face isn’t 4 inches from the ceiling after adding a mattress. I could live in this very easily. Great counter and cupboard space!

I think it would be great to use as a “Companion” House to a THOW like the Molecule houses, Connected with an outdoor deck. One could stay in this tiny “Companion” one until their THOW was finished being built. Then use their THOW to travel around when they wanted after it’s finished. Staying in this say, on ones own piece of land, could be a great way to a no mortgage freedom while building at least. It’s a thought. God bless you all thank you for sharing the tiny stationary house with us. I wonder if you would allow the trailer to take the house to ones property before taking it away? Someone might want to know. Thanks for sharing Alex nice job on the article. Happy trails!
