Summary from eBay Listing

This wedgewood blue custom camper vardo is perfect for heading out on the highway or simply parking in the back yard. Whether you are heading to Coachella, Burning Man…or just need a back yard office, reading nook or Netflix binge watching space, this fits the bill in all ways. Versatility and comfort are key features. This gypsy style design is built on a 2017 brand new Sure-Trac 5×8 trailer. For such a small space, the interior does not feel restrictive. Appointed with beautiful live edge kitchen counter (butternut) and removable table (sycamore), it makes for a one of kind look that you won’t find in any mass produced campers. There are also numerous copper accents. Roofing material is light weight aluminum. The flooring is gunstock oak. This 40 square foot space has 8 windows and a dutch door where the top can be opened independently. Planters on the sides of the door add a home touch. There is plenty of storage space under the bed, in built in shelving, and under the kitchen counter. Other amenities include integrated battery which powers the ceiling LED lights, USB ports and, 12V socket for off grid use. Solar panels could be added for additional off grid capability. Camper can also be plugged in via a standard extension cord. That charges the battery and allows for the usage of 110V devices. There is an integrated 5000BTU wall unit air conditioner which cools this fully insulated camper in just a few minutes. The daybed/couch area has room for a Twin XL memory foam mattress suitable for tall people. Ceiling height in the center of the curved wooden interior is ~6’7″. Water in the kitchen is provided via a pump faucet, drawing on a 2 gallon removable water storage tank. Total weight on this is below 2000lbs, so it can be towed by a multitude of vehicles.2

That’s pretty sharp! And to be able to pull with smaller vehicles.
One can also see behind the trailer while pulling it, without sticking mirrors out a half mile on each side of the vehicle.
    Nice job.

Thanks Richard. That was my goal to create something that could pretty easily be towed around.

These days you can just mount a rear view camera to the trailer… That’s better than having to look around it and helps eliminate blind spots.

Btw, there’s a video tour and interview with the builder on relaxshacksDOTcom youtube channel, titled “Tiny House Builder’s $5000 Custom Vardo “…

That looks like it would be a great guest bedroom.

That’s what I keep thinking too. Nice to have in the backyard and have the kids or guests stay in. Was one of the purposes I envisioned when I built it. Pretty memorable experience. 🙂

The “Micro Cabin” makes the difference in respect to the American “Pionering History” of which it resembles its shape in a modern and refined reading key. Really a Precious Interpretation

Really cute design and pretty on the inside. Love the window boxes 😉 the brackets look good. Love that table, too. Outside is pretty, too. Nice job.

I’m always looking to add personal touches throughout. It’s what separates this kind of travel companion from a soulless mass produced fiberglass box on wheels. Thank you.

I am a bit confused about the size. The trailer is 5’x8′ but it actually overhangs the sides quite a bit. What is the actual outside measurements. I love this one but 40sq ft seems wrong. Wish I had one. It is a great design!
