104 Sq. Ft. Cargo Trailer Tiny House

This post contains affiliate links.

This is a 104 sq. ft. cargo trailer tiny house.

It’s designed so you can also use it as a toy hauler but what I like about it is that it doesn’t really look like a tiny house because it’s built like a cargo trailer. What I love about cargo trailer tiny homes is that they can be stealthy! This tiny was listed for sale over at Tiny Home Builders for $25,000 out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Enjoy!

      LOL good point.

I would add a fold down couch/bed so you can still use it as a toy hauler when traveling to bring your scooter, dirt bike, bicycle, etc.

Maybe just pump up an air mattress after u get your toys unloaded. Seems a little low budget considering the rest of the trailer, but would probably fit perfectly in the space provided & fold away nicely for transport. I do like it but price does seem high if trying to sell. I’m curious about that toilet as well.

I wasn’t sure about the outside and the inside is a bit dark, but I liked it! I am unlikely to ever tow anything, as my spatial awareness is sadly lacking 😱. The world is a safer place for me not towing😂. I could see being a great place to live or use for holidays.

Hi Charles — I just checked the old listing but I’m afraid he just said “shower” and didn’t specify.
